Discover the beautiful Stade Louis II

The Stade Louis II was built so AS Monaco could participate in professional football as fast as possible. It served as a football stadium only back in the days because they built the stadium in a hurry. They didn’t think about other functions the stadium could carry, so the focus was utterly on creating a football oriented stadium. They created plans for constructing an entire sports complex 40 years later. The sports complex is up and running now, and it is put to use for many different kinds of sports. It’s the sports complex of Monaco nowadays. An office complex and the University of Monaco are also part of the sports complex. In short, it’s so much more than just a football stadium, which is why it’s certainly worth a visit!
